5 Most Important Papers of Nanocrystal Synthesis

Nanocrystal synthesis is a fun, provided you are good at it. If it is monodispersed in size, the color is pure and it looks beautifully organized in TEM images. It is simply stunning. However, it may take time to master the skills. You need to improve your skill day by day, sharpen your sense, and make your own tips. Those who do nanocrystal synthesis are craftsmen who are proud of their skill.

Interestingly, some have good hands to synthesize things. Some do not. You cannot rely only on your friends’ tips, because the way you handle chemicals is different from the way your friend handles them. However, you can rely on one thing….. science!

There are tons of research papers, so I picked up 5 papers that have been well read in the field.  These papers might be a good starting point. Take heed of their advice and adjust your work accordingly.
